 On Tuesday, the glittering trophy for the Asia Cup 2025 was unveiled in a grand ceremony held in Dubai, setting the stage for a tournament packed with passion, pride,  and fierce rivalries.

Asian Cricket Council (ACC) President Moshin Naqvi led the unveiling, joined by captains from all eight participating nations: Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, UAE, Hong Kong, and Oman.

Each captain posed with the trophy, sharing their hopes and strategies for the tournament ahead

🏏 Tournament Format

• The Asia Cup 2025 will be played in T20 format, serving as a key warm-up for the T20 World Cup 2026.

• Teams are split into two groups, with the top performers advancing to the Super Four stage.

• The final showdown is scheduled for September 28
